    My car broke down while I was driving home from work. I called C&S Towing and within 20 minutes the tow truck driver arrived at my location. The tow truck driver tested the battery and determined my car only needed a jump start. So he helped me by giving the car a jump start, and within minutes I was back on the road headed home. Great customer care, and quick service!

    I was stuck on Highway 101 North headed towards San Francisco and my car turned off and would no longer start again. I called C&S Towing to request a tow truck. I turned the key of my car once again, just to test my luck and my car actually turned back on with no problem. I called the tow truck company back to cancel the tow service and even though the driver was already on his way, they were very polite and courteous about the cancellation call.

    I was stranded on the side of the road found C&S’s contact information online. I called them for tow service, and I was told a truck would be at my location within 25 to 35 minute. To my surprise he showed up within 15 minutes! The driver, Carlos, treated me with respect and took really good care of my car as though it was his own. He took his time and didn’t just throw the car onto the truck like many other companies do. I highly recommend this company! Very efficient, and have great customer service!
